Design of the production process to develop hydrophobicized paper.

BioPP is a research and development project for a new system for manufacturing hydrophobic paper. The objective is to be able to design equipment that allows this technology to be integrated and adapted to the paper manufacturing process of any paper mill or paper processor.

In this way both can add this machine without modifying their production lines. This process will allow a higher quality drying layer to be given to the paper, since it provides greater protection and recyclability to the product.

Thanks to this project a new opportunity is created in the market.
